Abstract
Security is one of the basic concerns of mankind from his birth. Interior security has got from different branches that quality of relation among leaders and people are the most important
From the point of purpose and following aims, we can divide political systems in two groups. Secular Functionalism and Velai Perfectionism.
security in this group is getting from structure and system and the prompt relation between people and leaders are not imaginable. but in second group, security based on two factors : Faithfully Belief of people to religious values and kindly relations among the different parts of  the system, which would guarantee the security in Velai community
in other word, for making security in Velai community, we have to follow these three levels of kindness among "creation and creator", "creation and creation" and "creation and Vali " .
as a result, despite that political and authoritarian structures are having important role in making security but kindness has basic role.
This idea comes from philosophy and mysticism and then goes to political theories and after that inters to geometry of Velai jurisprudent-behavioral system and planning some basis and rules for proving the result of research.
Finally, if we ignore kindness in this system, it will cause putting security in danger. At the end, the basic point of security in Velai system will define in cultural and belief area.
