Abstract
The purpose of this article is to achieve ways to prevent conflicts of a negative and ineffective organizational nature. This article is a descriptive-analytical method for studying religious teachings.

The research findings show that Using three cognitive, emotional and behavioral techniques One can change the attitude of people. And prevented the occurrence of ineffective conflicts. The desired cognitive techniques of Islam are Understanding the goal, Understand the situation, Awareness of responsibility, The need for answering, Understanding the Importance of Time. Emotional techniques including Strengthening the spirit of brotherhood, Strengthening the spirit of constructive competition, The development of healthy communication and its accessories, Behavioral techniques including: Establish justice by managers, Criterion, Clarifying rules.
