fa بازتبیین سبک زندگی در گستره روان‎شناسی، جامعه‌شناسی و اسلام عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مفهوم سبک زندگی با رویکرد روان&lrm;شناسی، جامعه&lrm;شناسی و اسلام انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش به لحاظ جمع‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها &laquo;توصیفی-تحلیلی&raquo; است؛ بدین صورت که برای استخراج تعریف دقیق سبک زندگی و نیز سبک زندگی اسلامی، به گزاره‌های دینی و متون روان&lrm;شناختی و کتاب&lrm;های لغت مراجعه شده است و اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. در این نوشتار، در بررسی و تحلیل واژه سبک، سه تعریف ارائه می‌گردد و در ادامه، تعریف‌های سبک زندگی در سه رویکرد جامعه‌شناسی، روان&lrm;شناسی و اسلامی به دست داده می‌شود و پس از بررسی تفاوت‌ها و وجوه مشترک سه رویکرد در محورهای مختلف، تعریف‌هایی مناسب ارائه می‌شود. در پایان، با استفاده از منابع اسلامی، تعریف سبک زندگی اسلامی به عنوان مصداقی از سبک زندگی روشن می‌شود. نتیجه آنکه با توجه بررسی‌ها و مقایسه‌های انجام‌شده در محورهای نه‌گانه، تعریف روان&lrm;شناختی و اسلامی در باب سبک زندگی بسیار نزدیک به هم هستند. البته تعریف سبک زندگی اسلامی به عنوان مصداقی از سبک زندگی، قید انطباق با اسلام را در زمینه روش و هدف با خود همراه دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> This study aimed to investigate the concept of lifestyle according to psychology, sociology, and Islam perspectives. This is a &quot;descriptive-analytical&quot; study; in order to extract the exact definition of lifestyle as well as Islamic lifestyle, religious statements, psychology texts, and dictionries were examined and the collected data, using a descriptive-analytical method, were analyzied. In this assay, by investigating and anylyzing the word &quot;style&quot;, three definitions of the word have been introduced. Defintions of lifestyle have been yielded in three approaches: sociology, psychology, and Islamic, and after examining diffrences and similarities of the three approcahes in different aspects, approporiate definitions were presented. Finally, using Islamic sources, the defintion of Islamic lifestyle as an example of lifestyle has been clarified. The conclusion is that in view of investigations and comparasions made in nine domains, the psychological and Islamic definiotions of lifestyle are very similar. Of course, the definition of Islamic lifestyle as an example of lifestyle, has the condtition of being in accord with Islam in its method and objective.</div> کلیدواژگان: سبک زندگی, سبک زندگی اسلامی, روان‎شناسی اسلامی, سنّت, سیره.
