fa جمهوری اسلامی ایران؛ دولت‌ـ‌شهروند اخلاقی یا دولت‌ـ‌شهروند قانونمند؟ The Islamic Republic of Iran; the Government - the Moral Citizen or the Government - the Lawful Citizen? عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">ازآنجاکه در جهان امروز شهروندی ازسویی، در سایۀ دولت یا در گروگان دولت است و ازسوی دیگر، این شهروندان هستند که به دولت‌‌ها هویت می‌‌بخشند، می‌‌توانیم شاهد انواع دولت‌‌ها و انواع شهروندی باشیم؛ چون ممکن است دولتی آهنین باشد و «شهروند سرباز» یا «شهروند تحدیدی»، و دولتی اسفنجی باشد و «شهروند تضمینی» یا «شهروند آزاد مبتنی‌بر قاعده» را ترویج دهد. پس ازآنجاکه جایگاه و موقعیت شهروندی در ایرانِ امروز می‌‌تواند برای ما مسئله باشد؛ از‌این‌‌رو، سؤال اصلی این است که دولت‌ـ‌‌شهروند در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، با ویژگی‌‌ها و موقعیتی که دارد، در کدام دولت‌ـ‌ شهروند قرار می‌‌گیرد؟ اخلاقیِ صرف یا قانونیِ صرف؟ مدعای نویسنده با ابتنا به روش مطالعۀ تطبیقی این است که اگرچه برخی برای تحقق دولت‌ـ‌شهروند اخلاقیِ صرف و برخی نیز برای ایجاد دولت‌ـ‌شهروند قانونیِ صرف تلاش می‌‌کنند، با مشکلاتی مواجه شده‌‌اند که راه‌حل آن‌ها انتخاب و گزینش دولت‌ـ‌شهروندی تلفیقی‌‌ است که از قانون اساسی و سخنان رهبران جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌‌توان به‌دست آورد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Because in today's world, on the one hand, citizenship is in the shadow of the government or in the hostage state, and on the other hand, it is the citizens who give identity to governments, so we can see all kinds of governments and types of citizenship because the iron  government; can promote a "soldier citizen" or a "restricted citizen" and be a sponge government promote a "guaranteed citizen" or a "free citizen based on the rule".<br> After all, the status of citizenship in today's Iran can be a problem for us.
