fa اجتهاد تمدنی؛ منطق فهم دین در مقیاس تمدن‌سازانه چیستی، امکان و چگونگی Civilization Ijtihad The Logic of Understanding Religion on a Civilizing Scale عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">هدف نگارنده در این مقاله، دستیابی به روشی استنباطی مبتنی‌بر مکتب اجتهاد جواهری، برای اکتشاف نظر شارع دربارۀ ساختارها و فرایندهای لازم در تحقق یک تمدن است. در این مقاله، پس از مفهوم‌‌شناسی «تمدن» و «اجتهاد»، به چیستی اجتهاد تمدنی پرداخته شده است که دال مرکزی آن «استنباط فرایندها» از ادله است و تمایز آن با عناوین مشابهی مانند فقه حکومتی و فقه نظام ارائه شده است. سپس با استفاده از تعمیم متعلَّق حکم از «فعل جوارحی مکلف فردی» به «کلیۀ فعل‌‌ و انفعالات و تغییرات حاصل از ساختارها و فرایندها» و تعمیم کارکرد «حجیت» از «مُعذّریّت و مُنجّزیت» به «مَدرکیت»، اثبات شده است که اجتهاد به فقه موجود اختصاص ندارد و می‌‌تواند فهم از گزاره‌‌های توصیفی و اخلاقی را هم در مقیاس خرد و هم مقیاس کلان مدیریت کند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">در انتهای مقاله نیز به چگونگی اجتهاد تمدنی، با استفاده از ابزار «وضع الفاظ برای ارواح معانی» و ابزار «منطق سیستم‌‌ها» در جمع میان ادله پرداخته شده و نمونه‌‌‌‌ای از این عملیات نیز ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this article is to achieve an inferential method based on the school of “Javaheri” ijtihad, to explore the Shari'a view of the structures and processes necessary for the realization of a civilization.<br> In this article, after the semantics of "civilization" and "ijtihad", what is civilized ijtihad, the central sign of which is "inference of processes" from evidence, and its distinction with similar topics such as government jurisprudence and system jurisprudence is presented. Is. Then, by using the generalization of the sentence, from "individual obligatory action verb" to "all interactions and changes resulting from structures and processes", and the generalization of the function of "authority" from "excuse" to "evidence" has been proved. Ijtihad is not dedicated to existing jurisprudence and can manage the understanding of descriptive and moral propositions both on a micro and macro scale.<br> At the end of the article, the method of civilized ijtihad, using the tools of "setting words for the spirits of meanings" and the tool of "logic of systems" among the evidence, is discussed and an example of this operation is provided.</div> تمدن اسلامی, منطق فهم دین, فقه تمدنی, اجتهاد تمدنی, نظام‌‌سازی دینی.
