fa اولویت‌بندی الزامات مدیریت تحول علوم انسانی مبتنی بر مدیریت راهبردی اسلامی و ایرانی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">چکیده </span></span></strong><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">&laquo;علوم انسانی اسلامی&raquo; ترکیبی است که برای تولید دانش علوم انسانی از منابع دینی و گزاره‌های ارزشی به‌کار می‌رود؛ این واژه موافقین و مخالفینی دارد. عده‌ای با تکیه بر اینکه شناخت انسان به‌عنوان محورِ این علوم از وحی و قرآن نه میّسر که لازم است، بر راهبریِ تولید این علوم تأکید دارند. در نقطه مقابل گروهی نیز با ارائه نظریه بی‌طرفی علم و ناممکن‌بودنِ فرضیه‌سازی از گزاره‌های ارزشی، با علوم انسانی اسلامی مخالف‌اند. اما حقیقت آن است که علوم انسانی با ارائه مباحث مختلفی پیرامون موضوعات و مسائل مرتبط با انسان و ساحت‌های وجودی او چون: مبدأ آفرینش، مسیر و مقصد، فرجام جهان و نظایر آن‌ها، اصول اساسی حکمرانی و ارزش‌های جوامع را تعیین می‌کنند. به همین علت اگر این علوم بر مبانی سکولاریستی پایه‌گذاری شود، خروجی بسیار متفاوتی با مبانی دینی و ارزشی خواهد داشت. از سوی دیگر بحثی که غالباً در کنار &laquo;الگوی اسلامی</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:iransans,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">-</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">ایرانی پیشرفت&raquo; مطرح می‌شود، مدیریت تحول علوم انسانی و حرکت به‌سمت تولید علوم انسانی اسلامی است. الگوهای متفاوتی برای تحول ارائه شده است که عمدتاً الگوهای کلان و مفهومی هستند؛ و از منظر راهبردی به مدلی عملیاتی و دقیق برای اجرای طرح تحول نیاز است. لذا مقاله حاضر با بررسی موضوع علوم انسانی اسلامی با تأکید بر فرض‌های بنیادینِ مدل &laquo;مدیریت راهبردی موعودگرا&raquo; (که یک مدل مدیریت راهبردی اسلامی و ایرانی است)، به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی الزامات مدیریت تحول علوم انسانی پرداخته است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> &nbsp;<br> &lsquo;Islamic Humanities&rsquo; is a compound term used for producing knowledge of the humanities from the religious sources and value propositions; it has both opponents and proponents. Relying on the fact that the knowing human as the centerpiece of the Islamic humanities using revelation and the Qur&#39;an is not only possible but also necessary, some emphasize the steering power of producing them. On the contrary, presenting the theory of neutral nature of science and the impossibility of hypothesizing value propositions, some are opposed to Islamic humanities, but the truth is that the humanities determine the basic principles of the ruling and values of communities by offering a variety of discussions on the issues related to human and his existential realms such as, the origin of life, the route and destination, the end of the world, and so forth. Thus if the humanities are founded on the principles of secularism, their output will be very different from the religious foundations and value principles. On the other hand, the problem that is posed along with &quot;the Islamic-Iranian model of progress&quot;, is a transformation management in the humanities, and a move to produce the Islamic humanities. Different patterns for transformation have been presented which are mainly macro and conceptual ones; from a strategic perspective, a precise and operational model is needed for the implementation of this transformation.
