fa "درآمدی بر نقش نظام رسمی تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی در تأمین منابع انسانی" عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><br> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی در اسلام مبتنی بر مراحل رشد، 4 مقطع دارد که هر یک از این مقاطع شش و هفت‌ساله است؛ مقاطع شش‌ساله ناظر به تعلیم و تربیت دختران و مقاطع هفت‌ساله ناظر به تعلیم و تربیت پسران است. از مقطع شکل‌گیری نطفه تا شش و هفت‌سالگی، یک مقطع اساسی در این نظام تربیتی اسلامی است که متأسفانه در &laquo;سند تحول بنیادین&raquo; از آن غفلت شده است.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">منابع انسانی قابل‌قبول سازمان‌ها، شخصیتی مرکب از دو هویت ارزشی و حرفه‌ای دارند. نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی اسلامی متکفل شکل‌گیری این دو هویت، در مقاطع چهارگانه مبتنی بر مراحل رشد است. مقطع اول و دوم، متکفل شکل‌گیری هویت ارزشی مبتنی بر محوریت موسیقی و محتوای قرآن کریم است. مقطع سوم، متکفل شکل‌گیری هویت حرفه‌ای خانواده‌محور و شغل‌محور برای بازار کار و زندگی خانوادگی است. مقطع چهارم، ناظر به تربیت نخبگان و گسترش مرزهای علم و تولید آن است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> The official system of education and training in Islam, based on growth levels, has 4 stages which each one of them lasts for 6 and 7 years; 6 years old period refers to girls and 7 years old period refers to boys.<br> &nbsp;The first 6 and 7 years of life starting from the stage of embryo formation is a fundamental stage in this Islamic &nbsp;education and training that unfortunately it was neglected in &ldquo;Fundamental Reform Document of Education in the Islamik Republic of Iran&rdquo;.<br> Acceptable resources of organizations have characteristic compound of valuable humanity and professional identity .<br> &nbsp;Islamic official system of education and training, takes the reasponsibility of formation these two identities, in quadruple phases based on growth levels.<br> &nbsp;First and second phase, takes the reasponsibility of &nbsp;identity valuable humanity formation &nbsp;which is based on the centrality of the Holy Quran,s music and content.<br> &nbsp;Third phase, takes the reasponsibility of professional identity formation , based on the centrality of family and job for labor market and life.<br> &nbsp;Fourth phase refers to elite training and spreading &nbsp;of knowledge and science bounderies and producing it.</div> کلیدواژه‌ها: درآمد, نظام رسمی, تعلیم و تربیت, اسلام, تأمین, منابع انسانی.
