fa مبانی فلسفی حقوق بشر از دیدگاه شهید مطهری عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">حقوق بشر در اندیشه‌های فلسفی ریشه دارد و براساس نوع جهان‌بینی و انسان‌شناسی فهم و تفسیر می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو، هر مکتب فلسفی براساس اصول و مبانی خاصی به تعریف و تفسیر این حقوق می‌پردازد. در این میان، شهید مطهری براساس جهان‌بینی الهی و آموزه‌های اسلامی به حقوق بشر نگریسته و آن را نقد و ارزیابی کرده است. این تحقیق مبانی فلسفی حقوق بشر را در اندیشۀ شهید مطهری بررسی کرده و به این نتیجه دست ‌یافته است که از دیدگاه وی،</span></span> <span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">چون</span></span><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> انسان آفریدۀ خداوند و تابع قوانین کلی خلقت و ارادۀ تکوینی اوست، حقوق بشر نیز باید در ارتباط با مبدأ هستی و غایت آفرینش معنا و تفسیر شود؛ بنابراین، اصل توحید، غایتمندی خلقت و هماهنگی نظام تکوین و تشریع، مبانی هستی‌شناختی حقوق بشر به‌شمار می‌آیند؛ ازسوی دیگر، چون انسان ترکیب‌یافته‌ای از جسم و روح و بهره‌مند از استعدادهای فطری گوناگون است، دوساحتی بودن وجود انسان، استعدادهای فطری و اختیار، مبانی انسان‌شناختی حقوق بشر شمرده می‌شوند. این تحقیق با روش توصیفی‌ـ‌‌تحلیلی انجام شده است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Human rights are rooted in philosophical thought and understood and interpreted according to the type of worldview and anthropology. Hence, each philosophical school deals with the definition and interpretation of these rights on the basis of certain principles. Meanwhile, Martyr Motahhari viewed and criticized human rights on the basis of divine worldview and Islamic teachings.This study examined the philosophical foundations of human rights in the thought of Martyr Motahari and has came to this conclusion that in his view, since man is created by God and is subject to the general laws of creation and genetic&nbsp;will of God, human rights also must be interpret and means in relation to the origin and purpose of Creation. Therefore, the principle of monotheism, creativity teleology and the coordination of the system of genesis and legislation, are the ontological foundations of human rights.&nbsp; On the other hand, since man is a combination of body and soul and enjoying various innate talents, the two dimensions of human existence, natural talents, perfectionism and human&nbsp;authority are considered as anthropological principles of human rights.
