fa منافع انسانی؛ رویکرد اسلامی به مفهوم منافع در صورت‌بندی سیاست خارجی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> ایده منافع ملی به علت ابتنا بر فلسفه سیاسی هابز و نظریه دولت-ملت، متضمن اصول و مقتضای کنش‌گری خاصی در سیاست خارجی است که نتایج آن در بیگانه‌سازی روزافزون ملت‌ها و آحاد جامعه انسانی و هم‌چنین رقابت و ستیز پایان‌ناپذیر میان ملت‌ها در تأمین و حفظ منافع خودخوانده‌شان، به خوبی نمایان است. این پژوهش در نظر دارد با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با واکاوی فلسفه سیاسی اسلامی، بنیان‌های نظری منافع حکومت اسلامی در سیاست خارجی را تجزیه‌وتحلیل کند و بر این اساس با تبیین مبانی نظری‌ای چون ضرورت تعاون خدماتی در روابط میان واحدها و... می‌کوشد زمینه طرح رویکردی نوین به مفهوم منافع، تحت عنوان &laquo;منافع انسانی&raquo; را مهیا سازد تا بر اساس آن، حکومت اسلامی سعادت مادی و معنوی عموم ملت‌ها را مبنای سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و اقدامات خود قرار دهد و حاکم اسلامی به‌عنوان خلیفه خدا روی زمین، دغدغه سعادت همه آحاد انسانی را داشته باشد.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract:</strong><br> The idea of national interest, because of being based on Hobbes&rsquo;s political philosophy and theory of the nation-state, implies principles and requirements of certain activism in foreign policy that its results are well manifested in the growing alienation of nations and human societies as well as the never-ending competition and conflict between them on the attainment of their own interests. The present research aims to analyze the theoretical foundations of interests of the Islamic State in foreign policy through an exploration in the Islamic Political Philosophy using the descriptive-analytic method. In addition, by explaining the theoretical foundations such as the need for cooperative services in relations between units, this study tries to provide grounds for proposal of a new approach to the concept of interests under the title of &ldquo;human interests&rdquo; in order to help the policies and measures of the Islamic State to be underpinned by material and spiritual happiness of all nations and cause the Islamic rluer, as the as vicegerent of God on earth, to be concerned with the happiness of all human beings.</div> کلیدواژه‌ها: منافع, نظام اسلامی, سیاست خارجی.
