fa مبانی منشائیت و مشروعیت حکومت اسلامی از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Constantia,&quot;serif&quot;"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"><span style="color:black">یکی از موضوعات مهم در اندیشۀ آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، مبحث حکومت اسلامی و مبانی آن است. در این مقاله، با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، تبیینی دقیق و مستدل از مبانی &laquo;منشائیت&raquo; و &laquo;مشروعیت&raquo; حکومت اسلامی از منظر آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای ارائه و به پرسش‌های پژوهش پاسخ داده شده است. یافته‌های مقالۀ حاضر نشان می‌دهد از نظر آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، با توجه به مبادی سه‌گانۀ منشائیت حکومت اسلامی، یعنی حق حاکمیت انحصاری و مطلق خداوند بر انسان‌ها، عدم ولایت استقلالی انسان‌ها بر یکدیگر و ضرورت تشکیل حکومت انسانی به‌منزلۀ مجرای حاکمیت الهی، تنها منبع و منشأ حکومت اسلامی، خداوند متعال و اذن اوست. بر همین اساس، از نظر آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، خداوند متعال به‌عنوان یگانه منبع حاکمیت اسلامی، عامل انحصاری مشروعیت حکومت اسلامی است و حاکم اسلامی اعم از معصوم یا فقیه جامع‌الشرایط، مشروعیت حاکمیت خود را تنها از منبع الهی اخذ می‌کند. اراده و قبول مردم نیز شرط لازم تحقق حکومت اسلامی از نظر شارع است و درصورت از بین رفتن این شرط، امکان تحقق شرعی حکومت اسلامی منتفی است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,&quot;sans-serif&quot;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;">One of the important issues in Ayatollah Khamenei&#39;s thought is the issue of Islamic government and its principles. In this article, using a descriptive-analytical method, a precise and reasoned explanation of the principles of &quot;origin&quot; and &quot;legitimacy&quot; of the Islamic government from the perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei is presented and research questions are answered. The findings of the present article show that according to Ayatollah Khamenei, according to the three principles of the origin of Islamic government, namely the exclusive and absolute sovereignty of God over human beings, lack of independent sovereignty of human beings over each other and the need for human government as the channel of divine sovereignty, the only source of government. Islam is God Almighty and His permission. Accordingly, according to Ayatollah Khamenei, God Almighty, as the sole source of Islamic sovereignty, is the exclusive agent of the legitimacy of the Islamic government, and the Islamic ruler, whether infallible or the comprehensive jurist of the conditions derives the legitimacy of his sovereignty only from the divine source.
