fa حکمت متعالیه: سرشت نهادهای سیاسی و مدنی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">مسئله نهادهای سیاسی و مدنی برای حکمت متعالیه آن است که چگونه می‌توان آن را تبیین کرد که با هستی‌شناسی آن حکمت منطبق باشد. ازاین‌رو هدف مقاله حاضر تبیین نهادهای مزبور براساس آموزه هستی‌شناختی حکمت متعالیه است. مدعای این مقاله آن است که نهادهای مورد بحث برگرفته از حقیقت وجودی &laquo;خود&raquo; است و ازاین‌رو پدیده‌ای معنادار می‌باشد و می‌توان آن را از منظر هستی‌شناختی تبیین کرد. در مقابل این ادعا نظریه‌های مکاتب ساخت‌گرایی اجتماعی قرار دارند که معتقد هستند که نهادهای سیاسی و مدنی پدیده‌هایی زبانی و برساختی هستند. برای بررسی مدعای فوق در این مقاله از روش اسنادی و تحلیل متون حکمت متعالیه استفاده شده است و نتیجه حاصل از این نوشته تبیین هستی‌شناختی نهاد سیاسی و مدنی و نشان دادن امتداد حکمت متعالیه در علم سیاست است. از دستاوردهای این مقاله می‌توان در نظریه‌پردازی سیاسی و فلسفه علم سیاست و فلسفه علوم اجتماعی استفاده کرد. </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The problem of political and civil institutions for transcendental wisdom is how to explain it in a way that is consistent with the ontology of that wisdom.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explain the aforementioned institutions based on the ontological doctrine of transcendental wisdom.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The claim of this article is that the institutions under discussion are derived from the existential truth of &quot;self&quot; and hence it is a meaningful phenomenon and can be explained from an ontological perspective.
