fa عدل شبکه‌ای توصیف و تبیینی از عدالت با اقتباس از مبانی معرفتیِ اسلام (پیشنهادی برای «نظریۀ پایه در حیطه‌های مختلف عدالت») Reticular Justice an explanation of justice, based on the principles of Islamic knowledge (Suggested for basic theory of Justic) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> مسئلۀ این مقاله، دستیابی به دستگاه معرفتیِ تولیدکنندۀ تعریف عدل، شاخص‌ها و معادلات عدالت‌ورزی است. در این مقاله، با ابتنا بر «پارادایم شبکه‌ای» و «روش تحقیق شبکه‌ای» و «بستۀ مفاهیم بنیادین»، که هر سه متخذ از دیدگاه معرفتی اسلام است، تعریفی از عدالت ارائه شده و با رویکرد سیستمی و توجه به مقیاسِ «شبکۀ هستی»، نقطۀ شروع فرایندِ «تحقق عدالت»، هستۀ مرکزی، و راهبرد حاکم بر فرایند و مراحل آن به‌صورت قدم‌به‌قدم، در قالب یک دستگاه آکسیوماتیک عرضه شده است.<br> براساس این تحلیل، عدالت عبارت‌است از: «نسبتی میان نیازها و امکانات، که منجربه زمینه‌سازی برای رشد در مقیاس شبکۀ هستی شود» و نظریۀ «عدل شبکه‌ای» یعنی تعیین معادلۀ مطلوبیت در مقیاس شبکۀ هستی، به‌طوری‌که برایند پنج مؤلفۀ مطلوبیت جسمی، فکری و روحی، محیطی، جمعی و مطلوبیت پایدار (با میل به پایداریِ بی‌نهایت) باشد؛ و مراحل تحقق عدالت عبارت‌اند از: تشخیص نیاز (در مقیاس شبکۀ هستی) ← تشخیص امکانات (در مقیاس شبکۀ هستی) ← تعیین زمینۀ لازم برای استفاده از امکانات به جهت رفع نیاز (تحقق رشد) ← تعیین نسبت میان نیازها و امکانات (تعریف معادلۀ حرکت)، براساس مطلوبیتِ پنج‌محورۀ عدل شبکه‌ای.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> The paper’s question is who achieve an Axiomatic Knowledge system defined discourse of justice.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> In this paper, using the "reticule paradigm" and "reticule research" and "fundamental concepts" that all three arguments from the perspective of Islamic knowledge, achieve the definition of justice and a systemic approach in the scale of "Existence network", starting point the process of justice ", the central core and its processes strategy step by step, in the form of a Axiomatic supplied.<br> Based on this analysis, justice is: 'relationship between requirements and capabilities, which are to facilitate growth in Existence network scale, "and the theory of "Reticular Justice" means determining utility equation in in Existence network scale, so that is the result of five factors: the desirability of physical, intellectual and spiritual, environmental, social and sustainable compliance (with infinite desire for stability); and the pursuit of justice include: recognition of the need (in Existence network scale) → detection facilities (in Existence network scale) → determination needed to use the facilities to meet the needs (for development) → determining the relationship between requirements and capabilities (defined equation of motion), according to the utility in "Reticular Justice".</div> کلیدواژه‌ها: شبکۀ هستی, پارادایم شبکه‌ای, مدل نیازها, هویت رشد, هویت عدالت, عدل شبکه‌ای.
