fa مقایسه الگوی خلاقیت در اسلام با الگوهای مطرح در روان‌شناسی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> درک روشن‌تر از عناصر شکل‌دهندۀ خلاقیت و رابطه آنها با یکدیگر به والدین، مربیان و مدیران یاری می‌دهد تا هرچه بیشتر تفکر خلاق را رشد دهند و از موانع آن پیش‌گیری کنند. الگوهای موجود از خلاقیت مدعی تبیین خلاقیت هستند؛ با‌این‌حال، در معرفی برخی مؤلفه‌ها یا زیرعنصرها و نحوۀ ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر اختلاف دارند. هدف از این تحقیق معرفی و مقایسۀ الگوهای خلاقیت است که توسط آمابیل و اربن ارائه شده و همراه بررسی خلاقیت در اسلام و برداشت الگوی پیشنهادی از منابع اسلامی است. این مقاله با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش توصیفی‌ـ‌تحلیلی و دلفی به این نتیجه می‌رسد که هر سه الگو با اختلاف‌هایی در جزئیات، دست‌کم بر پایه ‌اطلاعات عمومی و تخصصی، تجربه، تفکر و انگیزش اتفاق دارند. الگوی برداشت‌شده از منابع اسلامی علاوه‌بر این موارد، تسهیل بستر شخصیتی و محیطیِ مبتنی‌بر ایمان و روحیه تلاش را در پدیدآیی و رشد خلاقیت مؤثر می‌داند.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> Developing creative thinking and preventing its obstacles depends on understanding the components of creativity and their relationship with each other. Several patterns of creativity have been proposed, claiming the exact explanation of these components and the relationships between them. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept of creativity and extract its components in the teachings of Islam, as well as compare it with the pattern of creativity presented by Amabile and Urban. The data of this research are collected by Delphi method and analyzed by descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research show that all three patterns are based on general and specialized information, experience, thinking and motivation. However, they differ in details. The pattern taken from Islamic sources, in addition to these, emphasizes the facilitation of a personality and context based on faith.
