fa انسان‎شناسی عدالت؛ بررسی تطبیقی آرای آیت‌الله جوادی آملی و جان رالز عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> هر نظریه‌ای درباره عدالت مبتنی بر مفروضاتی درباره انسان است. لذا لازمه ارائه نظریه اسلامی عدالت، شناخت انسان، حقوق، نیازها و استعدادهای اوست. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تفسیری و تطبیقی، آرای دو متفکر برجسته معاصر، آیت‌الله جوادی آملی و جان رالز در باب انسان و نسبت آن با عدالت بررسی شده است. آیت‌الله جوادی آملی انسان را دارای دو ساحت فطرت و طبیعت می‌داند که باید ساحت فطرت بر طبیعت حاکم شود و این امر دلالت‌های مهمی، به&lrm;ویژه در قالب حق هدایت، در نظریه‌پردازی درباره عدالت دارد. از سوی دیگر جان رالز بر ویژگی‌هایی همچون آزادی، برابری، معقول بودن، عقلانی بودن و حس عدالت با مرکزیت حق آزادی تأکید می‌ورزد. البته او نهایتاً اصول عدالت را در قالب دو اصل بیان می‌کند که اصل اول و حاکم آن، اصل آزادی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<br> <strong>Abstract</strong><br> Each theory of justice is based on assumptions about human nature. To advance an Islamic theory of justice, then, needs to define human propensities, rights and capacities. This research considers and compares &nbsp;Ayatollah Javavdi Amoli and John Rawls&#39;s viewpoints on human nature, and its relation with justice. Javavdi Amoli believes that human being has two dimensions &ndash;Fitrah and (material)nature- and the Fitrah should dominate the (material) nature of man. This belief has significant implications (e.g. the right of guidance) for theorizing about justice. Rawls, on the other hand, concentrates on human characteristics such as liberty, equality, rationality and reasonability, with the centrality of the liberty.
