fa مدیریت تحولات علوم‌انسانی در آرا و اندیشه‌های امام خامنه‌ای (حفظه‌الله) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> باوجود اهمیت علوم انسانی و نقش بسزای آن در احیای فرهنگ دینی‌ـ‌ملّی و توسعۀ علوم و فناوری، این علوم در دانشگاه‌های ایران آن‌گونه که لازم است مورد توجه قرار نگرفته و جایگاه شایسته‌ای ندارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش و جایگاه مدیریت تحولات علوم ‌انسانی در آرا و اندیشه‌های امام خامنه‌ای (حفظه‌الله) است. این پژوهش به‌صورت نظری و با روش سندکاوی انجام گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مبانی مادی و ضدّ دینی، ماهیت غربی، الگوگیری بی‌قید و شرط از نظریه‌ها و تولیدات غربی، نادیده‌انگاشتن جایگاه و منزلت نخبگان، دانش‌آموختگان، مؤسسات و تولیدات علوم انسانی، مهم‌ترین چالش‌هایی هستند که از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای (حفظه‌الله)، علوم انسانی در دانشگاه‌های ایران با آنها روبه‌رو است. همچنین، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که استخراج مبانی این علوم از دین، بومی‌سازی، نظریه‌پردازی، تولید علم و نوآوری‌های علمی و لزوم توجه کافی به جایگاه نخبگان، دانش‌آموختگان، مؤسسات علوم انسانی، مؤثرترین راهکارها در مرتفع‌کردن نواقص و بهبود وضعیت علوم انسانی در آرا و اندیشه‌های امام خامنه‌ای (حفظه‌الله) است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong><br> Despite the importance of the humanities and its role in reviving the religious-national culture and the development of science and technology, these sciences in the universities of Iran, as it is necessary, are not considered and do not have a desirable position. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and place of management of humanities developments in Imam Khamenei&#39;s opinions and thoughts. This research has been done theoretically and with the help of document analysis. The research findings indicate that the material and anti-religious foundations of the Western nature, the unconditional modeling of Western theories and products, the ignorance of the status and status of elites, graduates, institutes and humanities, are the most important challenges from the point of view of Imam Khamenei, the humanities faced by Iranian universities.
