Abstract
This paper consists of two parts: the first part, the explanation of the four approaches to science among the Muslims and the various branches of each of these approaches, together with a brief critique of each of them; and the second part, the explanation of the fifth approach as a selected approach in the form of four major principles. In the final section of this paper, with the peresent of several questions of philosophy of science and its response to them the sustainability of the fifth approach, which is an approach, is evaluated. The fifth approach is that, firstly, the realm of religion is the formation of the Islamic humanities, but it is not necessary for the formation of Islamic natural sciences, medicine and so on; secondly, in the Islamic humanities, it is not intended to out knowledge and experimental methods, Rather, based on the new zoning in the field of humanities, each of the scientific sources and methodologies, in terms of functionality and function, are individually or collaboratively located in one or more regions of the specified regions. The most important result of this classification is to promote the efficiency of the Islamic humanities in understanding and solving the basic human issues and bringing human knowledge to the end; thirdly, natural, technical and medical sciences are not Islamic and non-Islamic, but its was confirmed and legitimized by Islamic worldview.

Abstract
Political education in the political system derived from religion consists of the fundamentals, principles and goals that religious texts play in the formulation of it. The goals of political education are related to goals that are related to the administration and guidance of the society, and because it is derived from religious sources, it is in the Islamic context. The goals of political education with an Islamic approach can be viewed from the various angles. The study of the goals of political education according to the age groups of individuals is more practical. In this framework, the goals of political education are initiated from non-political affairs, and then they lead to more than a few stages of this, and with the sentimental sophistication of the Sunni individual, the goals of political education are also directly political and deeper stages. In the Islamic worldview, the community is the place where the person is raised, and his achievement is through cooperation and co-operation. The perspective of political education in the Islamic system is divided into three axes: familiar with the values and norms and its stabilization in the presence of the individual, which takes place in childhood and adolescence. Involving a person in political activities according to the true aspirations and desires of this stage in a young age. You have the responsibility and coherence in managing and directing the community towards the benefits, which can be achieved mainly at the time of adulthood. In this article, Sunni features are mainly embedded in empirical sources and have been used to determine the political goals of a Sunni age from religious sources.

Abstract
Each theory of justice is based on assumptions about human nature. To advance an Islamic theory of justice, then, needs to define human propensities, rights and capacities. This research considers and compares Ayatollah Javavdi Amoli and John Rawls's viewpoints on human nature, and its relation with justice. Javavdi Amoli believes that human being has two dimensions –Fitrah and (material)nature- and the Fitrah should dominate the (material) nature of man. This belief has significant implications (e.g. the right of guidance) for theorizing about justice. Rawls, on the other hand, concentrates on human characteristics such as liberty, equality, rationality and reasonability, with the centrality of the liberty. He finally articulates his theory of justice in two principles, which the first and dominant one is the right of liberty.

Despite the importance of the humanities and its role in reviving the religious-national culture and the development of science and technology, these sciences in the universities of Iran, as it is necessary, are not considered and do not have a desirable position. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and place of management of humanities developments in Imam Khamenei's opinions and thoughts. This research has been done theoretically and with the help of document analysis. The research findings indicate that the material and anti-religious foundations of the Western nature, the unconditional modeling of Western theories and products, the ignorance of the status and status of elites, graduates, institutes and humanities, are the most important challenges from the point of view of Imam Khamenei, the humanities faced by Iranian universities. The findings also show that the extraction of the fundamentals of these sciences from religion, indigenization, theory, production of science and scientific innovations, and the need to pay enough attention to the position of elites, graduates, humanities, the most effective solutions to eliminate defects and Improvement of the human sciences in the opinions and ideas of Imam Khamenei
