fa مدل حکمرانی در قرآن کریم؛ براساس کلیدواژۀ تبعیت The Model of Governance in the Holy Quran: Based on the Keyword “Tabaeit” عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">در رابطه با حکومت از منظر قرآن مطالعات زیادی انجام شده است. اما در مورد مفهوم نوظهور حکمرانی، مدل آن و مولفه‌های اصلی آن کمتر پژوهشی در این زمینه به چشم می‌آید. از اینرو هدف اصلی این مطالعه شناخت مدل کلی حکمرانی از منظر قرآن کریم قرار گرفت. روش مورد استفاده در این گزارش روش «تحقیق موضوعی در قرآن کریم با رویکرد تفسیر قرآن به قرآن» می‌باشد که بر اساس آن پس از دقیق کردن موضوع و یافتن کلید‌واژه مناسب، به بررسی آیات مرتبط بر اساس روش تحقیق موضوعی قرآن کریم پرداخته شد.  پس از بررسی‌های صورت‌گرفته واژه «تبعیت» برگزیده شد  که در اصلِ معنا به «دنبال ‌رفتن» و «دنبال بودن» اشاره دارد و این معنا قرابت زیادی با مفهوم محوری حکمرانی داشت. از اینرو تبعیت کلیدواژه‌ی اصلی مطالعه قرآن قرار گرفت. در بررسی آیات از رویکری هنجاری پرهیز شد تا توجه به پیش‌فرض‌ها و توصیف‌های قرآنی، دلالت‌های روشن‌تری در مورد حکمرانی برداشت کنیم. در نهایت نتایج پژوهش به صورت مدل حکمرانی در قرآن کریم در سه محور تابع، متبوع و تبعیت که ارکان «تبعیت کردن» هستند، ارائه گشت. </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Many studies have been done on government from the perspective of the Qur'an. But there is less research on the emerging concept of governance, its model and its main components. Therefore, the main purpose of this article was to identify the general model of governance from the perspective of the Holy Quran. The method used in this report is the method of “Thematic Interpretation Methods of the Quran”, according to which after specifying the subject and finding the appropriate keyword, the relevant Ayahs were examined based on it. After the initial review, the word “Tabaeit” was chosen, which basically refers to “to follow”, and this meaning was very close to the central concept of governance. Hence, “Tabaeit” became the main keyword of this study. In reviewing the Ayahs, a normative approach was avoided in order to draw clearer implications for governance by paying attention to Qur'anic presuppositions and descriptions.
