fa مقایسۀ تطبیقی مبانی و اصول توسعۀ پایدار شهری با اصول شهرسازی اسلامی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">پس از فراگیرشدن دین مبین اسلام و تأثیر آن بر فرهنگ و تمدن ساکنان شهرها، سکونتگاه‌ها و محیط‌های ساخته‌شده‌ای در سرتاسر سرزمین‌های اسلامی به منصۀ ظهور رسید که امروزه از آن‌ها با عنوان &laquo;شهر و شهرسازی اسلامی&raquo; یاد می‌شود. شهر اسلامی دارای صفات و ویژگی‌های مختلفی در ابعاد کالبدی، اجتماعی، مدیریتی، سیاسی و فرهنگی است که در مطالعات و بررسی‌های گوناگون به آن‌ها اشاره شده است. با ظهور مدرنیسم و فراگیرشدن آن در سراسر جهان و به‌ویژه کشورهای اسلامی در‌حال‌توسعه، تقلید و توسعۀ برون‌زا در این شهرها باعث ایجاد ناپایداری در محیط‌های شهری این سرزمین‌ها شده است. با مطرح ‌شدن نظریۀ توسعۀ پایدار در اواخر قرن بیستم و درپی آن شهرهای پایدار، جنبه‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی و کالبدی منتج از آن‌ها، به‌طور جدی در معماری و شهرسازی معاصر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. سؤال اصلی تحقیق این است که مبانی توسعۀ پایدار شهری، به‌ویژه در ابعاد اجتماعی و کالبدی، از چه پارادایم فکری نشئت می‌گیرد و تا چه حد با اصول شهرسازی اسلامی انطباق دارد؟ و آیا این ادعا که توسعۀ پایدار شهری همان شهرسازی اسلامی است صحت دارد یا خیر. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیق‌های بنیادین است و با روش توصیفی‌ تحلیلی و مقایسۀ تطبیقی صورت گرفته است که در آن ضمن تشریح اصول مطرح در شهر اسلامی و نیز ماهیت توسعۀ پایدار و بعد اجتماعی و کالبدی آن، به تحلیل و مقایسۀ آن‌ها پرداخته شده است و با درنظر‌گرفتن نقاط قوت هرکدام در ساخت شهرها، به تبیین اصول و راهکارهایی جهت تحقق شهر‌های اسلامی پایدار مبتنی‌بر مبانی و ارزش‌های اسلامی در دنیای معاصر می‌پردازد. در نهایت، با توجه به این اصول و معیارهای مطرح‌شده، راهکار‌هایی کالبدی و اجتماعی جهت دستیابی به شهر اسلامی پایدار پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">With the spread of Islam across the world and its impact on other cultures and civilization, new cities, settlements and bultenvironments been emerged across the Islamic World which are defined as &ldquo;Islamic city and urbanism&rdquo; today. The Islamic city is characterized with various features in terms of physical, social, managerial, political and cultural dimensions which are explored through different studies and researches. With the rise of modernism and its spread across the world, exogenous and Western-immitated developments, especially within developing Islamic countries popularized and resulted in nonstustainble environments in those regions. Introduction of sustainable development theory and idea of sustainble city at the of 20^th century, howeber, led to deeper consideration of social, economical, environmental and physical features of cities and their specific architectural and urban specific aspects. The main question of this research is: What are the main philosophy and theoretical paradigm behind the sustainable urban development principles especially in social and physical dimensions? And to some extent these principles are compatible with Islamic urbanism? Can it be claimed that sustainable urban development is the same as Islamic city development? This research is of fundamental type and has used descriptive-analytical method and coparative study to define and compare the principles of Islamic city with the nature and principles of sustainable development especially in physical and social dimensions. The findings shows that despite the similarities in principles and valuses such as justice, social interaction, and respect to the nature etc, the ultimate intention of urban developments across these two approaches are different.
