fa نقش حکومت و قوانین بین‌الملل در سبک زندگی اسلامی؛ با رویکرد «اصلاح اجتماعی» عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">هدف از این پژوهش کشف و تبیینِ نقش حکومت و قوانین بین‌الملل در &laquo;سبک زندگی اسلامی&raquo; با رویکرد &laquo;اصلاح اجتماعی&raquo; است و سؤال پژوهش این است که حکومت اسلامی و قوانین بین‌الملل چه مقدار و چگونه در سبک زندگیِ مردم و جامعه ایفای نقش می‌کنند؟ گردآوری داده‌ها با روش کتابخانه‌ای و مشاهدات میدانی و تحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت عقلی و نظری با روشمندی مطالعات اسلامی انجام شده است. بعضی از یافته‌ها عبارت‌اند از: 1. سبک زندگی اسلامی در پنج مقیاس فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، حکومتی و بین‌المللی قابل بررسی است؛ 2. این پنج مقیاس به‌صورت دایره‌های متحدالمرکز قابل نمایش هستند؛ 3. حکومت و قوانین بین‌الملل تقریباً دایره‌های دیگر را در درون خود هضم می‌کنند؛ 4. بدون وجود حکومت اسلامی، داشتن سبک زندگی اسلامی کامل، حتی در مقیاس فردی، ممکن نیست؛ 5. ارادۀ حکومت اسلامی باید در قالب قوانین و مقررات و نهادها و سازمان‌ها وغیره متجلی شود.</span></span></div> The aim of this study was discovering and explaining the role of governance and international law in the &quot;Islamic lifestyle&quot; with the approach of &quot;social reform&quot;; The question: How much and how do islamic governance and international law play a role in the life styles of people and society? Data collected with library method and field observation; Data analysis is carried out in a rational and theoretical form with the method of islamic studies; Some of the findings are: 1.The style of Islamic life can be considered in five scales, individual, family, social, governance and international; 2. These five scales are represented in concentric circles; 3. Governance and international law digest almost other circles within themselves; 4. Without Islamic rule , it is impossible to have a complete Islamic life style , even on an individual scale; 5.
