fa محبت به‌مثابه بنیاد امنیت بررسی جایگاه محبت در ساختار امنیتی نظام ولایی Kindness as a basis of security Review of place of kindness in Velai security system عمومى General پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 14.2pt; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;">چکیده</h1> <div style="text-align: justify;">امنیت از ابتدایی‌ترین دغدغه‌های بشری است که قدمت آن با سابقه حیات بشری قرین است. بازتولید داخلی امنیت در قلمرو درونی نظام سیاسی، از منابع متعددی مشروب می‌شود، که کیفیت مناسبات میان رهبران و مردم از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها به‌شمار می‌آید. از حیث غایت‌ها و اهدافِ مورد تعقیب، می‌توان نظام‌های سیاسی را در دو دسته «کارکردگرای عرفی» و «کمال‌گرای ولایی» طبقه‌بندی کرد. امنیت در نظام‌های دسته اول به‌واسطه بافت و ماهیت آن‌ها، به‌صورت ساختاری و سیستماتیک بازتولید شده است و عموماً در این خصوص، نمی‌توان نقش چندانی برای ماهیت مناسبات بین مردم و رهبران سیاسی تصور نمود. از سوی دیگر بافت نظام‌های کمال‌گرای ولایی به‌گونه‌ای است که دو عنصر باور قرین به ایمان عاشقانه امت به منظومه ارزشی دینی، و محبت‌محورانه‌بودن مناسبات میان اجزای مختلف نظام، ضامن ثبات و امنیت آن خواهد بود. به بیان دیگر برای تحقق امنیت جامع و مطلوبِ دینی در نظام ولایی باید 3 سطح از مناسبات محبت‌آمیز میان «خلق و حق»، «خلق و خلق» و «خلق و ولیِ حق» تحقق یابد. درنتیجه هرچند که ساختارهای حاکمیتی و سیاسی نیز نقش مهمی در امنیت‌‌زایی در نظام کمال‌گرای ولایی دارند اما باید بنیاد امنیت در چنین نظام‌هایی را «محبت» عنوان کرد. سیر برهان‌پذیری چنین مدعایی از حوزه عرفان و فلسفه محض آغاز می‌شود و با عبور از حوزه فلسفه سیاسی و ورود به ساحت ساختار هندسه فقهی-اخلاقی نظام ولایی، به طرح‌ریزی مقدمات و اصول موضوعه برهان می‌انجامد و در نهایت اثبات اصل مدعای پژوهش را در پی دارد. نهایت آنکه تغافل از تحکیم و تثبیت چنان منظومه تعاملاتی محبت‌محورانه‌ای، می‌تواند ضدامنیتی‌ترین چالش را برای نظام ولایی پدید آورد. درنتیجه، بخش بنیادین تدابیر امنیت‌زای نظام ولایی در حوزه فرهنگی و اعتقادی تعریف خواهد شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Abstract Security is one of the basic concerns of mankind from his birth. Interior security has got from different branches that quality of relation among leaders and people are the most important From the point of purpose and following aims, we can divide political systems in two groups. Secular Functionalism and Velai Perfectionism. security in this group is getting from structure and system and the prompt relation between people and leaders are not imaginable. but in second group, security based on two factors : Faithfully Belief of people to religious values and kindly relations among the different parts of  the system, which would guarantee the security in Velai community in other word, for making security in Velai community, we have to follow these three levels of kindness among "creation and creator", "creation and creation" and "creation and Vali " . as a result, despite that political and authoritarian structures are having important role in making security but kindness has basic role. This idea comes from philosophy and mysticism and then goes to political theories and after that inters to geometry of Velai jurisprudent-behavioral system and planning some basis and rules for proving the result of research. Finally, if we ignore kindness in this system, it will cause putting security in danger.
