fa سنت‌های الهی و حساسیت به داده‌های تجربی: ملاحظاتی مفهومی و توصیه‌هایی روشی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-top: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Cambria,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">چکیده</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></h1> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,&quot;sans-serif&quot;"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">حوز</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">ۀ</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"> مطالعات سنت‌های الهی حیطۀ نظری مهمی است که تقریباً همۀ دانش‌های انسانی و اجتماعی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. رشد و توسعۀ این حوزۀ مطالعاتی با پاره‌ای موانع و مسائل نظری روبه‌روست. مقالۀ حاضر کوششی برای پاسخ به دو مسئلۀ نظری پیش‌روی مطالعات سنن الهی است: الف) به لحاظ فلسفی چه تصویر دقیق و جامعی از سنت‌های الهی اجتماعی می‌توان ارائه کرد؟ ب) آیا سنت‌های الهی از قبیل &laquo;قوانین مشروط به ثبات شرایط هستند&raquo; که به‌دلیل اشتمال بر قیود و شروط پنهان هیچ‌گاه حساسیت بالایی به داده‌های تجربی ندارند و به‌تبع به کار تبیین و پیش‌بینی نمی‌آیند؟ پرسش دوم، یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های نظری پیش روی مطالعات سنن الهی است. در مقالۀ حاضر، ابتدا به لحاظ فلسفی تلقی روشنی از &laquo;سنن الهی اجتماعی&raquo; ارائه شده و سپس در بخش اصلی مقاله، پیشنهادی پنج‌مرحله‌ای برای چگونگی کشف قیود و شروط سنت‌های الهی و صورت‌بندی این سنت‌ها به‌نحوی‌که به داده‌های تجربی حساسیت داشته باشند، ارائه شده است. این مراحل عبارت‌اند از: &laquo;ایضاح مفاهیم مضمون در گزاره‌های حاکی از سنن الهی&raquo;، &laquo;کشف مصادیق مفاهیم مذکور با تکیه بر روایات برای فهم بهتر آن‌ها&raquo;، &laquo;فهم و صورت‌بندی روابط میان سنت‌های الهی&raquo;، &laquo;تطبیق سنت‌های الهی بر جهان انسانی ایستا&raquo; و &laquo;تطبیق سنت‌های الهی بر جهان انسانی پویا و تجدید نظر در فهم تفسیری به دست آمده از سنت‌های الهی&raquo;.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,&quot;sans-serif&quot;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">The studies of divine laws are amongst those few theoretical realms that almost impact all human and social sciences.The development of this field of study is facing hurdles to be got over. The paper at hand tries to give, on the one hand, a comprehensive and exact philosophical account of social divine laws, and, to respond, on the other, to the question that &lsquo;are the divine laws some sort of ceteris paribus laws or not?&rsquo; If yes, they perhaps include some unspecified qualifications, and here, comes the crunch: How would those qualifications be made explicit to become sensitive to the empirical evidence? This second question is pivotal, and the first one only paves the ground for it. In this paper, at first, I have suggested a philosophical analysis of social divine laws. Then, I have proposed a five-stage solution to the question of how the unspecified qualifications of divine laws are made clear and come to the fore.
