fa نسبت ‎سنجی میان حق و عدالت سیاسی با تأکید ‎بر قرآن کریم عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> پرسش اصلی این نوشتار بر گرد این امر سامان یافته که با توجه به منطق و ادبیات قرآن کریم، چه رابطه‌ای میان حق و عدالت سیاسی برقرار است. برای دستیابی به پاسخی درخور، با مراجعه به متون دینی به&lrm;ویژه قرآن کریم، بر این فرضیه تأکید شده است که با توجه به حق‌داری انسان و اینکه خداوند، منبع حقوق است و مأموریت پیامبران الهی، یادآوری حق و عدل بوده است، می‌توان ساحت&lrm;های ارتباطی حق و عدالت سیاسی را بر این امر استوار کرد که احقاق حقوق سیاسی، هستۀ مرکزی عدالت سیاسی است؛ به گونه‌ای که امور عادلانه، حق‌مدار تعریف شده و داوری عادلانه، حقوق و تکالیف عدالت‌محور و پشتیبانی عدالت از حقوق را می‌توان در این نسبت رصد و بررسی کرد. ضمن اینکه رابطۀ میان آن دو، رابطه‌ای تکاملی، تکمیلی و تعاملی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract </strong><br> Considering the logic and literature of the Holy Quran, the main question of this paper is about the relationship between right and political justice. In order to arrive at a satisfactory answer, by referring to religious texts, in particular the Holy Qur&#39;an, it has been emphasized that, given the fact that human beings are justified and that God is the source of law and the mission of divine prophets is the reminder of justice, Communications affirming the rights and political justice that the realization of political rights is the core of political justice; in such a way that fair, well-defined and fair judgments, the rights and duties of justice and the maintenance of justice of rights can be found in this Observation ratio.
