Abstract
The study of “non-cognitive foundation of action” in the realm of “philosophy of action” based on MullaSadra’s works is a new and fundamental step of Islamic philosophy to participate in new emerging issues. The special issue of this research is to explain those non-cognitive foundations which influence human actions and to explain the roles of each foundation and their relations with each other and with cognitive faculties.
According to the scope of this study, seven principles of non-cognitive foundations of human actions are examined based on MullaSadra’s viewpoints: 1. Love: Love is the cause of demanding the action and its issuance (execution) and as the result of the loving process, the lover’s soul is transformed and changed and then the action is issued (executed) as a result of lover’s alliance with beloved’s soul. In another method, moreover, the lover’s issuance of action happens due to favorability of resembling to beloved and is recognized the main driver of all actions; 2. Dispositions of Souls: there is a dialectical relationship between actions and dispositions which could strengthen; 3. Derives: Derives are considered of causes and stimulus of will and consequently are considered as one of footstones of human actions; 4. Sin: Sin causes disorder in the process of action issuance due to its unfavorable dispositions of souls, absorption of satanic derives and it also can be an obstacle and sign of epistemic impairment;5. Fanaticism: it is the cause of action issuance which stems from formation of those perceptions similar to one’s own. 6. Custom: when added to imagination, custom creates an imaginary pleasure which leads to a lot of action. 7. Human nature: According to obtained definition, human nature includes all actions which accord to temperament and its doer doesn’t have effective awareness about the action, such as breathing, heartbeat, vegetal actions, temper, etc.

Abstract
This study aimed to collect personality traits and find personality structure from Islamic sources. In doing so, investigating Islamic sources (Holy Qoran, Hadiths, and the Islamic ethics books) around 25000 words were collected and after removing recurring and vague cases and of biological, ritualistic, and temporary states, a list of 103 trait words based on experts in Islamic sources were created. In the next phase, semantic relations between words in regards of meaning inclusion, antonymy, synonymy, using two methods of component analysis and structural semantics were investigated and as a result synonymous and antonymous, general and definite, original and sub-original, convergent and divergent, single-center and multi-center were distinguished. Results of this phase of study indicated that some traits have synonyms and some have antonymy; also, two opposing traits correspond to one semantic area because they locate on one continuum. Finally, with locating co-area words, all of the 103 words collected in the previous phase have been categorized in 15 lexical sectors. In addition, I tried to distinguish in each sector the central and basic dispositions from the peripheral and exterior dispositions. Eventually, results if qualitative study using language semantics method and conceptual correlations of words resulted in 15 dispositions or super-traits as main personality factors: collectedness, tranquility, bigheartedness, friendliness, gentleness, tractability, commitment, happiness, gregariousness, chastity, perseverance, cleverness, humility, bond-seeking, and accountability.

Abstract
Security is one of the basic concerns of mankind from his birth. Interior security has got from different branches that quality of relation among leaders and people are the most important
From the point of purpose and following aims, we can divide political systems in two groups. Secular Functionalism and Velai Perfectionism.
security in this group is getting from structure and system and the prompt relation between people and leaders are not imaginable. but in second group, security based on two factors : Faithfully Belief of people to religious values and kindly relations among the different parts of the system, which would guarantee the security in Velai community
in other word, for making security in Velai community, we have to follow these three levels of kindness among "creation and creator", "creation and creation" and "creation and Vali " .
as a result, despite that political and authoritarian structures are having important role in making security but kindness has basic role.
This idea comes from philosophy and mysticism and then goes to political theories and after that inters to geometry of Velai jurisprudent-behavioral system and planning some basis and rules for proving the result of research.
Finally, if we ignore kindness in this system, it will cause putting security in danger. At the end, the basic point of security in Velai system will define in cultural and belief area.
