Religious propositions have provided strategies for planning and managing various aspects of life, and the strategy of activation and efficiency of religion in the realm of life is a systemic and strategic attitude to religious propositions. One of the aspects of the realization of the management of the city is the city. Islamic urbanization can promote the efficiency of religion in terms of urbanization. To achieve the strategic model of urban planning, the method of network research is the most desirable method in its production. The method of research in this writing is a library of techniques, case studies, combined research, a system. This method is carried out using a systematic approach to ijtihad.
