Abstract
Methodology is one of the important pillars of religious scientific discipline. Although, In terms of the sequence, Identifying of methods of scientific research is a function of general philosophy in a scientific discipline, however, on the other hand, could be constitutive of each other. The aim of this study was to compare the methodology of religious science and current science which ended to detecting 8 differences. Key differences between religious science and current science including: Philosophical foundations, human goals and ends, theoretical and operational definition of variables, hypotheses developing, correctness criterion of the hypothesis, studying the deeper layers of phenomena, using a variety of research methods and identifying subjects system. Finally, a diagram was presented to introduce the methodology from the perspective of religious science.
