پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش حکمت عملی بهمثابه مؤلفهای بنیادین اما مغفولمانده در الگوهای رهبری پایدار میپردازد. در عصر پیچیدگی، عدم قطعیت و بحرانهای اخلاقی و زیستمحیطی، الگوهای سنتی رهبری که صرفاً بر کارایی و سودآوری کوتاهمدت تأکید دارند، پاسخگوی مسائل چندوجهی سازمانهای معاصر نیستند. این پژوهش با رویکرد مرور روایتی ادبیات و تحلیل مفهومی، نسبت میان حکمت عملی و رهبری پایدار را تبیین میکند. یافتهها نشان میدهد حکمت عملی نه صرفاً فضیلتی فردی، بلکه شایستگیای جمعی و سازمانی است که رهبران را قادر میسازد میان منافع متعارض تعادل برقرار کرده و در شرایط مبهم، تصمیماتی اخلاقی و مسئولانه اتخاذ کنند. حکمت عملی حلقه واسط میان عقلانیت ابزاری و اخلاقی در سازمانهاست: رهبر حکیمانه هم به اثربخشی توجه دارد و هم توانایی ترجمه ارزشهای اخلاقی به کنش عملی را داراست. پژوهش نشان میدهد که اشتراک دانش، معنویت سازمانی، فرهنگ یادگیری و رهبری توزیعشده مهمترین پیشایندهای حکمت عملی سازمانیاند و پیامدهایی نظیر نوآوری پایدار، تابآوری، عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد را بههمراه دارند. در پایان، چهارچوبی مفهومی و اجرایی برای توسعه حکمت عملی در سازمانها ارائه و مسیرهایی برای پژوهشهای آینده پیشنهاد میشود.
